Shipping policy
Prices, Shipping Costs, Express Shipping, and Returns
The prices applicable are those listed at the time of the order. All prices are final prices, meaning they include any applicable German VAT (value-added tax) as per the current rate. Ownership of the goods remains with SUSUMU AI until full payment of the purchase price is received.
We offer express shipping for certain orders. The availability of this option and the associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. For express shipping orders, we commit to dispatching the goods for delivery within 2 to 7 working days at the latest.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns Policy
All return shipping costs must be paid by the Customer, and the items must be shipped back to us by the Customer directly. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The items are returned within 14 days unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags remain attached.
- The items are sent back in their original packaging.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected by us, we will process the return. If the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return.
