Usually, returned articles can be claimed with the respective customs office and the amount paid refunded.

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item.

The return-shipping costs are aquired by us.

We will give you a full refund of your order within 21 days when your return is registered at our studio. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging.

Eco-conscious: By using leftover fabrics to make to create smaller pieces such as masks, scrunchies and key chains to minimize fabric waste. Final remnants are then sent over to a Japanese creative (IG: @josi_design) , who beautifully crafts small flowers. Thereby, there is zero waste and a continuation of creative processes.
