Inspired by the typical Moroccan babouche, our colorful mules are handcrafted with expertise for a fair price in the souks of Marrakech. 
 
Applying the upcycling process by using leftover fabric, the mules are giving you the chance to live a responsible lifestyle and generate environmental awareness.

As soon as the ordered articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. Usually, returned articles can be claimed with the respective customs office and the amount paid refunded.

    RETURNS

    You have 14 days to return an item.

    We will give you a full refund of your order  within 21 days when your return is registered at our warehouse. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original dust bags.

    The return-shipping costs are to bear by us.

    susumuai.com reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.
